When will you be exchanging or refunding?

We will gladly issue you a replacement item or issue a refund back to your original form of payment for any of the following reasons:

+ You receive an incorrect item
+ Your order contains damaged product(s)
+ Your order has a printing mistake
+ Part of your order is missing from the package

Timeframe in which skyxstar.com accept returns?

Returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days from the date you your package is delivered.

Who Is Responsible for Return product?

skyxstar.com will provide a pre-paid label for anything that was damage, miss printed, or defective. For all other cases, return shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer.

When will you receive your refund?

Once we receive the return product please allow 6-10 days business to process for you.
All returns product will be processed through our inspection department for approval/rejection.
If you are approved for a refund please allow 3-5 business days to receive your refund once it is refunded.

Within 90 days from the day the customer successfully placed an order without receiving the item. The customer can create the case on the payment gateway that you transacted before. We will refund 100% of your purchase price.
